I have placed an order but not received a serial number.

Serial numbers are generally sent to you automatically immediately after placing your order.

Using your email address, you can retrieve your serial number using the following link: -

https://bet-angel.dpdcart.com/cart/recoverkey

Please remember to check your spam/junk folder as some email clients may direct it to one of these follers

 If you still can't see it, then it is possible we were not able to issue one; there was a problem or delay in processing your order, or your email client is blocking the email.

In any of those instances, you can just use the 'Submit a Ticket' button in the top right corner of your screen and send us your Betfair username. 

This will help us get you up and running as quickly as possible. If you are desperate to get set up quickly, please try ordering 24-hour access, and we will refund that order when you are correctly set up.
