If you see this error message then it could be down to one of the following reasons:

• User account with very low privileges… try creating a new XP administrator account and using that.
• Windows 2000 without the latest service pack
• Old version of Internet Explorer which doesn’t have all the cryptography. Update Internet Explorer.
