Bet Angel doesn't require anything special to connect to Betfair. There should be no additional configuration required for your home set-up.
However, if you would like to know port information then see below. These are standard and not exclusive to Bet Angel use.
Remote Desktop Connection (for the VPS) uses port 3389
Users wishing to connect to Betfair direct from a PC need ports 80 & 443 open.
